Submitting Your Application
Please fill out and submit the Designer Discount Program request form below, or fax your business and company information, including mailing address, contact names and e-mail addresses, a business card, and resale tax/license information to (866) 207-6891. Please allow up to 48 hours for your information to be processed and receipt of your confirmation e-mail. Please note discounts cannot be applied retroactively to orders placed before Rocky Mountain Sportsman's Decor notifies you.
